1. Eligibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform.
• Use NursaFlow for unlawful activities.
• Share your subscription in a way that violates these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

NursaFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, flashcards, quizzes, explanations, and study plans.

AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only. Although we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is always complete, accurate, or free of errors. Users should verify important information with their course materials or instructors.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, software, and content created by NursaFlow remain the property of NursaFlow or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the study materials that you upload, but you grant NursaFlow permission to process them solely to provide the requested services.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy. Unless required by law or otherwise stated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

8. Availability

We strive to keep NursaFlow available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NursaFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NursaFlow after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
